Wismec - I bought a vape mod that was faulty

I bought a vape mod from a local shop and the LED screen stopped working around the 20 day mark. The shop would not exchange because the mod company Wismec wanted the end user to send a video of the issue, original receipt, original box .

So I sent all of this to Wismec and a couple days later they responded asking me what country I live in, I replied USA. 24 hours later another reply asking my email address, home phone number, description and problem with the mod etc. I replied you are emailing me so you know my email, in this very string of emails you have photos and video so all you need is my number and I have it. Then another reply stating they would not cover shipping.

I thought that was ridiculous since I am now being penalized for their faulty mod. I bought it to enjoy it I don't smoke cigarettes anymore I vape so they want more of my money and want me to go without vaping until they decide to send me another mod. I asked where I would have to ship it to and it seems China would be the destination. So the shop can't help me Wismec is asking me to quit vaping and to pay for shipping in between me working 2 jobs.

I'm beyond furious, also in the pictures I included a picture of 2 other Wismec mods that also no longer work at all for kicks.

All three mods faulty or useless within a 2 year period. This is pitiful business.
